Jeepers Creepers: Reborn (2022), directed by Timo Vuorensola, is a reboot and the fourth installment in the cult horror franchise. It reintroduces the terrifying creature known as the Creeper—revived through the unnerving backdrop of a horror fan convention.

Millennial couple Chase (Imran Adams) and Laine (Sydney Craven) travel to rural Louisiana to attend the inaugural Horror Hound Festival, a celebration of all things macabre. While Chase is excited, Laine is anxious—and unsure how to break the news that she might be pregnant.

Laine’s unease intensifies as she experiences disturbing visions tied to the local legend of The Creeper, a predatory supernatural being that awakens every 23 years for a ghastly 23-day feast. As ominous premonitions surface, she suspects something unearthly has been summoned—and that she is at the center of it.

Winning a VIP escape-room experience at a Creeper-themed plantation house, the couple, along with a film crew and a cryptic guide named Stu, venture into a nightmare. Trapped in a dilapidated mansion, the group becomes prey to the Creeper’s hunting grounds while host parts of the festival reveal more than just cosplay—they signal complicity in the creature’s ritualistic hunger.

Laine discovers that Madam Carnage, Lady Manilla, and other horror enthusiasts have orchestrated a sacrificial ceremony—designated to sustain the Creeper’s rebirth.

Bound and targeted for a dark ritual, Laine is rescued by Chase and Stu. In a desperate plan, Laine uses a mysterious shuriken to blind the Creeper, while Chase and Stu topple a heavy weathervane onto it. A murder of crows descends—devouring the wounded creature, though it regenerates and roars, hinting at its brutal resilience.
